Beyond Exploration: From Space to Earth and from Earth to Space 🌍

The concept behind BEX is the convergence of space and terrestrial industries . Satellite technologies, new materials, monitoring systems, robotics, telecommunications, and innovations developed for aerospace applications can find application in numerous sectors of the economy.

At the same time, skills and technologies developed in traditional sectors can contribute to the growth of the new space economy. BEX therefore involves different fields, including advanced manufacturing, agriculture and food, healthcare, automotive, energy, logistics, artificial intelligence, and unmanned systems . :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}

Open Innovation District: Space for Startups and New Technologies

An important role will be played by the Open Innovation District , the area dedicated to the innovation ecosystem that will bring together start-ups, advanced technologies, and investors with the aim of transforming new ideas into projects and industrial development opportunities.

BEX therefore aims to create a place where research, business and capital can meet, accelerating technology transfer between the space sector and terrestrial production chains.
