Walk on the Beach, Functional Training and Run Training

Where : Bagno Tiki 26, Lungomare Claudio Tintori, 30/A - Rimini Marina Centro

At Bagno Tiki 26 , the beach becomes an open-air gym with the possibility of training inside the Igloo, a tensile structure with a sea view. Changing rooms, lockers, toilets and hot showers are available. Activities led by personal trainer Elen Souza include:

  • Walk on the Beach : One-hour guided beach walk, suitable for all ages. Wednesdays at 7pm and Sundays at 8am until October; from November, Wednesdays at 6.30pm.
  • Run Training : training to improve running technique, Saturday at 9.
  • Personalized Functional Training : one-to-one or small group sessions, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 8pm, by reservation.
  • Functional Workout and Mobility and Stretching : every Sunday at 10 and 11.

Warm Inside - Cold Adaptation Path

Where : Free beach, Piazzale Boscovich - Rimini
When : Every Sunday from October to April 2025

Warm Inside offers a course to learn how to manage the cold and discover the benefits of exposure to low temperatures, with meetings that include meditation, physical preparation, swimming in the sea and refreshments. A sports medical certificate is required to participate.

  • Single participation: €15 for those not enrolled in the full course.
  • Alternation with Winter Walking , a new feature of the season.

Marecchia Parkrun - Free Timed Runs

Where : Marecchia Park, entrance from Viale Tiberio (Tiberio Bridge area) - Rimini Borgo San Giuliano
When : Every Saturday, meeting at 8.45am

Marecchia Parkrun offers 5km timed runs open to all every Saturday morning. To participate, all you need to do is register once on the official Parkrun website and bring your barcode. A refreshment area is available for post-run refreshments.

Indysciplinati - Underground Sports for Teens

Where : Rimini Parks, locations change every month
When : From October 2024 to June 2025, from 2.30 pm to 4.00 pm

Indysciciplinati is a free project dedicated to middle and high school teenagers to practice sports such as parkour, skate, roller, obstacle race, BMX and balance board. It takes place every month in different locations. Special event : October 20 at the Le Befane Shopping Center, with free demonstrations.

Metabolic Walk

Where : Marecchia Park and Sea Park (at Bagno 55) - Rimini
When : Sunday at 8.30 (Parco Marecchia); Tuesday and Thursday at 18.30 (Parco del Mare)

A walking program that combines boxing, dance, yoga and walking to stimulate metabolism and improve posture and muscle tone. The first lesson is free , with meeting 10 minutes before.
